Return and Replacement Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for items ordered in the incorrect size, design, or color. Our policy allows for replacements only under certain conditions.
Replacement Policy
Our replacement policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since receipt of your parcel, we cannot offer you a replacement.
To qualify for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain goods are exempt from being replaced. Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Requirements for a Replacement
To process your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if your order gets lost on the way. If you need to replace it for the same item, please contact us at astvin.style@gmail.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
