Orders typically take 4-5 business days to ship. It depends on how fast our print provider produces the item, but the whole process from production to shipping usually takes 1-2 bussiness days. We mostly print in central Europe, so it also depends where you live. You can track your order with the tracking number provided.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. By logging in to your account on the website, you can check the order status. We provide real-time shipping updates to keep you informed.

1. Return period and requirements :
   Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for items ordered in the incorrect size, design, or color. Our replacement policy is valid for 30 days under certain conditions . You have to provide proof that it is damaged.
   If 30 days have elapsed since receipt of your parcel, we cannot offer you a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
   
2. How to Return :

3. Return Shipping :
   Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is packaged securely and sent via a traceable shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
   
4. Refund Process :
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days .
